First off, who puts the water fill opening on the BOTTOM of the bottle with a flimsy rubber stopper that LEAKS!?!? Yup, that was my first clue this wasn't going to be good. Next up, I gave it five minutes to heat up despite the instructions saying it would be good to go in 1 minute. Well, it left water on my stainless steel oven top, on the counters and never cleaned anything. I am returning this to Target today. Back to Simple Green and muscle power! Oh well.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased! I have never written a review in my life but felt compelled. All this does is spread water around-I am not kidding. It literally does nothing. Don't be fooled. Shark company should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money, this does nothing!!!Consider yourself warned.

The steam is not always visible in certain light and on certain cleaning surfaces- but if you're getting that harsh noise or big bursts of steam- you're doing it wrong. If you test it out on something like a shower door or something stainless...you will see that light trigger action will keep the steam coming at the proper discharge rate. And if you test a less obvious surface you've been spraying and then wipe, you'll realize that the steam actually is coming out. In many caes- you've probably sprayed too much. Either way- I am beginning to LOVE mine! It's been pretty good in the bathroom, I love it for grime on walls and door frames, it's perfect on kitchen counters and appliances + it's made a great jewelry cleaner and a decent clothing steamer. I took off one star b/c it's hard to get the hang of it and I wish the cord were a tad longer.
